I used to hate soup. Whenever my mom made it for dinner, I always hated it. When we occassionally went out to eat, I always opted for salad instead of soup. (I worshipped salads.) But then after I got home from the hospital with my first-born, my mom made some beef barley soup and it melted in my mouth. From that moment forward, I've been sort of soup obsessed. These soups are gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free.
